Seascape Estate

Seascape Estate was founded on the southern bank of the Douro, in a single granite room with a view of the river. We began with one quinta, one family, and the quiet conviction that the country we live in deserved a different kind of representation.

Twenty years later, we work across the Portuguese mainland and its islands. Our clients are families from London, Geneva, Singapore, New York, São Paulo and the Gulf. They are people who want a home in Portugal, not a transaction.

We hold fewer houses, more carefully. We take fewer clients, with more attention. We do not run advertisements, we do not pay press, and we do not list our properties on portals. Our work travels by introduction.

Our office sits in Lisbon. Our heart remains by the river.
