We assemble and steer the small team of lawyers, accountants and notaries required for a clean Portuguese residency, in close conversation with your own advisers abroad. Every milestone is in writing, every fee is fixed.
From a single rebuilt wing to a full conservation programme, we coordinate the architect, the conservator, the engineer and the planning authority, holding the timeline and the budget on your behalf.
Once the house is yours, our office continues, household, gardens, security, occasional lettings to a vetted circle. Reporting is monthly, in plain language, with itemised accounts and photographs.
We do not publish a fee schedule. We do not pay for press. We accept a small number of new clients each year and we are at ease declining work that does not suit us.
